Texas Trees Plate

WSM Advertising & Public Relations announces the launch of the Texas Trees license plate, which was designed by WSM. WSM donated its services to design the plate.

Mr. Steve Houser, President of Arborilogical Services and past Treasurer of the Texas Urban Forestry Council said, "The supporters of urban forestry appreciate WSM’s efforts in designing the Texas Trees plate. The outstanding design is an artistic rendition that is worthy of display on any vehicle. We are excited that proceeds from the sale of Texas Trees plates will provide direct support for state urban forestry initiatives.”

Marcus Miller , President of WSM Advertising & Public Relations said, “We are thrilled to have donated our services to design the Texas Trees license plate. We value our association with such worthwhile groups as The Texas Urban Forestry Council, The Yosemite Fund and The Walden Woods Project. Designing the Texas Trees plate was an honor, and we hope that many Texans will show their support by purchasing a Texas Trees plate.”

License plate sales will benefit the Texas Urban Forestry Council (TUFC), which operates Texans for Trees, a partnership program between TUFC and the Texas Forest Service in which TUFC buys and delivers trees to Texas communities with a population of 25,000 or less.

Information about purchasing the Texas Tree license plate can be found at the TUFC Web site www.texasurbantrees.org.
